This information-packed episode will discuss the role of nutrition in the Christian life. What does the bible say about nutrition, and how should we use what we know? This episode will overview some essential information about the purposes and functions of food and help us uncover how we can utilize nutrition for the glory of God and the service of others.

Ep. 4 Thinking Biblically About Rest

In this episode, we will discuss the importance of rest in the Christian life. We will first look at what the Bible has to say about both rest and work. Next, we will look at how the body functions in both areas as we observe endocrine and neurological functions.
